About Solace

I am Solace—a certified Somatic Sex Educator, Sexological Bodyworker, licensed massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner. My passion is guiding people on journeys of healing, discovery, and embodied pleasure, helping them reclaim their bodies and their stories with grace and tenderness.

My path in healing arts began over a decade ago. Since 2015, I have been a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, learning to listen deeply to the body’s whispers and rhythms. In 2021, I expanded this work by becoming a certified Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker through the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. This training deepened my understanding of trauma-informed, consent-centered approaches, allowing me to hold space for transformation that is both powerful and gentle.

I believe that sexuality is not separate from well-being—it is an integral, sacred part of who we are. It carries our joys, our wounds, our creativity, and our connection to life itself. In a culture that often silences or shames desire, I am honored to offer a sanctuary where all identities, bodies, and stories are welcomed and celebrated.

My work is rooted in presence, consent, and curiosity. Together, we explore the layers of your experience with compassion and respect—whether that means healing from past trauma, expanding your pleasure, or simply coming home to your body in a new way.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, blending somatic education, therapeutic touch, energy healing, and mindful inquiry. My commitment is to walk alongside you with humility, deep respect, and unwavering support.

In this space, every part of you matters. Your journey toward wholeness and joy is sacred, and it would be my honor to hold space for your unfolding.

What is somatic sex education?

An approach to sexual education that focuses on the body's sensations and experiences. It involves learning about our bodies, pleasure, and sexuality through a somatic or embodied lens. As a somatic sex educator, I help individuals and couples explore their own bodies, desires, and boundaries in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I use various techniques such as breathwork, movement, touch, and communication to help people connect with their own bodies and enhance their sexual experiences. Somatic sex education can be beneficial in promoting body awareness, self-acceptance, and deeper intimacy.

What is conscious sexuality?

An approach to sex that goes beyond physical pleasure alone. It is about taking time to become mindful of how our body feels, our emotions, our thoughts, and our desires in order to create an intentional and holistic experience. It also involves being aware of our partner's needs and feelings and working together to foster mutual respect and trust. It is about having an open and honest dialogue about sex and being open to exploration and growth.
